De oude geplaveide straten zijn een brij van bars en caf\u00e9s en de sfeer was fantastisch.<\/span><\/p><p>Het was ook vrij goedkoop. 2 grote bieren en een rode wijn was \u20ac4,50. Daar moesten we er een paar van hebben.<\/p><p>Na een paar biertjes aten we spaghetti met een lekkere Rioja en speelden we kaart terwijl we toekeken hoe de lokale bevolking en de pelgrims zich vermaakten.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pilgrim Burny ligt op dit moment voor in ons Camino kaarttoernooi, ik heb wat in te halen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element gingen naar Playa de La Arena, voelde ik een gevoel van opwinding en verwachting omdat we weer \u2018op weg\u2019 waren.<\/p><p>De Camino del Norte is een lange en uitdagende route, maar het is ook een van de mooiste en meest lonende ervaringen die een pelgrim kan hebben.<\/p><p>Van de glooiende heuvels en pittoreske dorpjes tot de dramatische kustlijn en adembenemende stranden, elke stap onderweg is gevuld met verwondering en avontuur.<\/p><p>We verlieten de bruisende stad en liepen Bilbao uit langs de rivier in de richting van de Vizcaya ik getroffen door de grootte en grootsheid ervan. We hadden aan de rand van Bilbao inkopen gedaan voor de lunch, wat echt een geweldige manier is om heel goedkoop te eten.<\/p><p>We kozen een groot vers brood, 1 vleestomaat, wat plakjes kaas en 3 blikjes sardines in tomatensaus. Snijd het brood in 3, beleg de tomaat en kaas met een paar heerlijke sardientjes. kust en het duurde niet lang voordat we de zee konden zien en onze bestemming niet ver weg meer was.<\/p><p>Uiteindelijk kwam ik aan bij Playa de la Arena, een prachtige badplaats aan de Cantabrische Zee. Het strand staat bekend om het kristalheldere water, het gouden zand en het prachtige uitzicht op de kustlijn. Als je een surfer bent, kun je er ook surfplanken huren.<\/p><p>Terwijl we op het strand zaten en keken naar de golven die tegen de kust sloegen, kon ik het niet helpen om een gevoel van dankbaarheid te voelen voor de geweldige ervaringen die ik had op de <a href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/nl\/camino-del-norte\/\">Camino del Norte<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Het was de perfecte plek om uit te zijn we allemaal gaan slapen. De wandeling van Bilbao naar Playa de La Arena was een mooie gemakkelijke wandeling en we zijn klaar voor een goede dag morgen.<\/p><p>Onze volgende bestemming op dag 9 van de Camino Del Norte is een
