Nous avons couronn\u00e9 le tout par un repas extraordinaire et quelques bi\u00e8res. Markina est une ville vraiment g\u00e9niale. Nous avons travers\u00e9 la rivi\u00e8re Artibai \u00e0 plusieurs reprises et nous nous sommes dirig\u00e9s vers le village de Bolibar pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">Nous sommes maintenant au Pays basque et notre destination, Gernika, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le c\u0153ur du Pays basque. Cependant, de nombreuses personnes estiment que l'effort en vaut la peine pour les vues magnifiques qu'il offre, et je peux confirmer que c'est le cas. <b>\u00e0 couper le souffle<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons quitt\u00e9 Bolibar sans avoir pris de petit-d\u00e9jeuner car aucun caf\u00e9 n'\u00e9tait ouvert. Nous avons fini par nous reposer sur la place de Bolibar, sous le soleil matinal. La mont\u00e9e est raide depuis Bolibar et nous nous sommes content\u00e9s de faire de petits pas et de monter lentement.<\/p>\n<p>J'ai trouv\u00e9 que cette strat\u00e9gie fonctionnait bien pour moi, en faisant des pas plus courts mais en gardant un bon rythme jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous atteigniez le sommet.<\/p>\n<p>J'utilise toujours des chaussures de marche avec un bon maintien de la cheville et j'ai trouv\u00e9 qu'elles \u00e9taient vraiment utiles sur ce Camino avec toutes les descentes et les mont\u00e9es. Mes chaussures de marche sont des bottes allemandes appel\u00e9es <a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"Chaussures de marche Meindl\" href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/fr\/recommends\/meindl-walking-boots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Meindl Meran GTX<\/a>. La campagne n'\u00e9tait que for\u00eats de pins et ruisseaux, avec quelques monast\u00e8res et hameaux.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons travers\u00e9 Munitibar o\u00f9 nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir un caf\u00e9 et des g\u00e2teaux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillis. Nous avions besoin de nourriture.<\/p>\n<p>Le reste de la journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait de mont\u00e9es et de descentes et le paysage a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 nous
