Sur le Camino Franc\u00e9s, il faut faire quelques courtes journ\u00e9es de temps en temps, juste pour reconstituer vos forces.<\/p><p>Burgos est l'endroit id\u00e9al pour faire la f\u00eate, se d\u00e9fouler et se d\u00e9tendre.<\/p><p>Burgos est une ville charmante et je suis s\u00fbr \u00e0 100% que j&#x27;y retournerai pour un week-end ou m\u00eame pour refaire le Chemin fran\u00e7ais.<\/p><p>Nous nous sommes lev\u00e9s t\u00f4t encore et avons trouv\u00e9 le seul caf\u00e9 ouvert t\u00f4t le matin \u00e0 la gare routi\u00e8re et y sommes all\u00e9s pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nous avons eu ce qui ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9crit que comme le plus gros morceau de pain grill\u00e9 surdimensionn\u00e9 que j'aie jamais vu.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9licieux mais nous avons d\u00fb remonter sur\u2018<strong>Le chemin<\/strong>\u2018et notre promenade nous a ramen\u00e9s devant la cath\u00e9drale de Burgos et nous avons eu un dernier march\u00e9 vers la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de Burgos. J'attendais avec impatience la statue du p\u00e8lerin \u00e0 la sortie de la ville, puis de descendre le parc bord\u00e9 d'arbres o\u00f9 l'une des sc\u00e8nes c\u00e9l\u00e8bres de \u2018<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Way-Emilio-Estevez\/dp\/B0062VL4QA?keywords=the+way&amp;qid=1701883952&amp;sr=8-6&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=followtheye00-20&amp;linkId=cbefbae230f5537bf967c3f5276c7eb2&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le chemin<\/a><\/strong>\u2018a \u00e9t\u00e9 film\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><p>La \u2018 sc\u00e8ne \u2019 du film se d\u00e9roulait le lendemain du vol du sac \u00e0 dos de Martin Sheen et alors qu'il \u00e9tait raccompagn\u00e9 \u00e0 la sortie de la ville par le p\u00e8re du gar\u00e7on qui avait vol\u00e9 le sac \u00e0 dos.\u00a0<\/p><p>On s'en souvient tous, n'est-ce pas ?<\/p><p>Cela n'a pas d\u00e9\u00e7u et avec le soleil du petit matin, c'\u00e9tait un souvenir magnifique. Magnifique ! Pour quelques euros, vous pouvez acheter votre d\u00e9jeuner et les sardines sont une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\"><span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-style: inherit;\">Sur les 28 jours de marche de Saint Jean Pied de Port \u00e0 Sant<\/span>Iago<span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0Compostelle, nous avons eu ce d\u00e9jeuner pendant environ 20 jours. C'est bon march\u00e9, charmant et formidable \u00e0 manger au bord de la route, \u00e0 l'ombre.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\"><span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-3); Pilgrim Bob \u00e9tait le chef pour la nuit.<\/p><p>Nous avions lu des histoires avant notre Camino sur la disponibilit\u00e9 des cuisines et la possibilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer un d\u00eener pour un grand groupe de personnes et c'est quelque chose que Bob le p\u00e8lerin voulait vraiment faire.<\/p><p>Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas d'autres p\u00e8lerins \u00e0 qui pr\u00e9parer le d\u00eener, car ils \u00e9taient tous en groupe, mais nous avons fait avec. Nous nous sommes approvisionn\u00e9s dans une petite \u00e9picerie en face de l'Albergue.<\/p><p>H<span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\"><span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-style: inherit;\">nous a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un excellent plat de p\u00e2tes accompagn\u00e9 d'un vin rouge local et tout cela pour quelques euros. Nous avons eu une fantastique auberge de p\u00e8lerins<\/span>exp\u00e9rience<span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0sur le Chemin dans ce village.
