\u00e9galement de se rendre au milieu d'une \u00e9tape, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/fr\/john-brierley-camino-de-santiago-guide\/\">John Brierley Camino Frances Guidebook<\/a>. Il se compose d'une rue principale avec des maisons et quelques restaurants, boulangeries et bars, et compte environ 250 habitants.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le village se trouve \u00e0 environ 7 km de Roncevaux et \u00e0 28 km du refuge d'Orisson. J'ai fait cette randonn\u00e9e plusieurs fois et je suis rest\u00e9e \u00e0 Roncevaux, mais lors de mon dernier voyage, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous arr\u00eater pour prendre un caf\u00e9 \u00e0 Roncevaux et de continuer jusqu'\u00e0 Espinal, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 un changement bienvenu.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'auberge dans laquelle nous avons s\u00e9journ\u00e9 \u00e9tait calme, tout comme le village, car la plupart des p\u00e8lerins d\u00e9cident de rester \u00e0 Roncevaux pour la soir\u00e9e.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les prochaines \u00e9tapes du Camino Frances sont les suivantes :<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zubiri - 15km<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zariain - 24km<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pampelune - 36 km<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7924088 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7924088\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">H\u00e9bergement \u00e0 Espinal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d54ac30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d54ac30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons s\u00e9journ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'Albergue Irugoienea juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du centre du village et nous \u00e9tions les premiers p\u00e8lerins \u00e0 arriver ce jour-l\u00e0. Cet albergue fait la lessive pour vous, nous avons donc tout lav\u00e9 et s\u00e9ch\u00e9, ce que je fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tous les deux jours sur le Camino car j'ai un <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/a13cdcac0386\/caminopackinglist?utm_campaign=Camino+packing+list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">liste de colisage<\/a> qui est tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'albergue est tenue par un couple d'Italiens, Natale et Zaira, dont l'histoire est passionnante. Apr\u00e8s avoir parcouru le Camino Frances, ils viennent chaque ann\u00e9e pour g\u00e9rer l'albergue et se consacrer aux p\u00e8lerins. Ils ont \u00e9galement un adorable chien appel\u00e9 Nemo.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils pr\u00e9parent et servent, pour environ 12 euros, un repas commun le soir, compos\u00e9 de plats siciliens typiques.  C'\u00e9tait fabuleux et nous avons mang\u00e9 avec 5 autres p\u00e8lerins en partageant des histoires sur les autres caminos que nous avons parcourus.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les logements sont principalement des lits superpos\u00e9s, mais il y a aussi des chambres \u00e0 louer.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant le d\u00eener, nous sommes all\u00e9s au bar local et avons jou\u00e9 aux cartes autour de quelques bi\u00e8res. Il s'agit d'un bar local typique o\u00f9 l'ambiance est tout \u00e0 fait agr\u00e9able<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En plus d'un autre albergue, il y a quelques maisons rurales avec des lits, un h\u00f4tel et les terrains de camping du village si vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de camper le long du Camino Frances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca71cc6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ca71cc6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Albergues \u00e0 Espinal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c63b23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7c63b23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a deux albergues \u00e0 Espinal qui offrent toutes deux des installations traditionnelles pour les p\u00e8lerins.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J'ai s\u00e9journ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'Albergue Irugoienea et je le recommande vivement, bien que l'Albergue Haizea soit \u00e9galement bien not\u00e9.
