Nuestro viejo amigo de Zubiri, Ulrich van Scnitzelberger, estuvo vivo y ruidoso anoche en nuestra habitaci\u00f3n de 24 personas con, lo que parecieron ser, sus primos, hermanos y amigos tambi\u00e9n.\u00a0<\/p><p>El ruido era incre\u00edble. Uno de los consejos clave que me dieron el segundo d\u00eda del Camino Franc\u00e9s fue que usaras tu <strong><a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"tapones para los o\u00eddos\" href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/es\/recommends\/ear-plugs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tapones para los o\u00eddos<\/a><\/strong> todas las noches y \u00fasalos correctamente. Cuida tus pasos cuando tomes esta secci\u00f3n del sendero.<\/p><p>Si tienes alguna ampolla en los pies, esta secci\u00f3n te doler\u00e1 mucho, as\u00ed que aseg\u00farate de cuidar tus pies con un buen r\u00e9gimen para ampollas.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para mantener a raya los puntos calientes y las ampollas, sigo el mismo r\u00e9gimen en todas mis caminatas por el Camino.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siempre llevo 3 pares de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3MsfH1N\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Calcetines de lana merina<\/a><\/strong> y c\u00e1mbiatelos al menos una vez al d\u00eda. La caminata desde El Acebo fue tan dura como la bajada desde el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/es\/cruz-de-ferro-camino-cruz-de-hierro-explicada\/\">Cruz de Hierro<\/a><\/strong> a El Acebo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1ffdbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" un gran puente medieval conocido como el \u2018Puente de los Peregrinos\u2019.<\/p><p>Es un pueblo realmente encantador y una de las paradas m\u00e1s populares y bonitas del Camino Franc\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Nos detuvimos y tomamos nuestro caf\u00e9 con leche de media ma\u00f1ana y nos relajamos bajo el sol de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div hasta Cacabelos, pero a unos 8 km de aqu\u00ed se encuentra la fant\u00e1stica ciudad de Ponferrada, pasando solo por un pueblo en ruta, que es Campo.<\/p><p>El camino en la ruta es bastante aburrido, es una ciudad concurrida en el Camino de Santiago y vale la pena que sea un punto de parada si tienes la oportunidad.<\/p><p>Al igual que en la mayor\u00eda de los pueblos y aldeas de Espa\u00f1a, hay una plaza muy grande rodeada de bares y cafeter\u00edas, perfecta para relajarse bajo el sol con una cerveza fr\u00eda y unas tapas.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 rodeado de peque\u00f1as calles empedradas y se encuentra a solo unos minutos de la Castilla de las Templarios, el castillo de los Caballeros Templarios que domina todo el La se\u00f1ora de la recepci\u00f3n ofrece un servicio donde lavan y secan toda la ropa que ten\u00edamos.
