Me sorprenden los ruidos que pueden hacer los peregrinos del Camino.<\/p><p>Salimos a las 5.30 de la ma\u00f1ana, en plena oscuridad. Yo ten\u00eda mi <a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"Linterna frontal Pilgrim\" href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/es\/recommends\/pilgrim-headtorch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>linterna frontal<\/strong><\/a> y la subida fue hacia arriba nada m\u00e1s salir del albergue.<\/p><p>Una vez que llegamos a la cima de la subida caminamos a trav\u00e9s de un bosque de pinos realmente denso y hab\u00eda s\u00edmbolos peregrinos y esculturas por todas partes.<\/p><p>Incluso vimos algunos t\u00f3tems peregrinos escondidos entre los \u00e1rboles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9009d27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-global elementor-global-14719 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El d\u00eda anterior hab\u00edamos conocido a una pareja de brit\u00e1nicos de Gloucester y hab\u00edamos caminado con ellos un rato.\u00a0<\/p><p>Se hab\u00edan alojado en el mismo Albergue que nosotros y caminamos juntos con ellos en direcci\u00f3n a la peque\u00f1a aldea de Ages para nuestra primera parada del desayuno.\u00a0<\/p><p>Tomamos un desayuno peregrino en el Bar\/Cafeter\u00eda <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/turismoburgos.es\/elalquimista\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">El Aquimista<\/a><\/strong> y era muy necesario. El edificio es un cl\u00e1sico con cientos de a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad y mereci\u00f3 la pena la visita. Este pueblo es famoso por ser el lugar donde se han encontrado los restos humanos m\u00e1s antiguos de Europa.&nbsp;<\/p><p>El lugar se encuentra a poca distancia del Camino, por si desea visitarlo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea16a81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ea16a81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Atapuerca<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dce5f5c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dce5f5c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Uno de los descubrimientos m\u00e1s sorprendentes en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/en\/list\/989\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Atapuerca<\/a><\/strong> es una cueva llamada Sima de los Huesos, donde <b>m\u00e1s de 1.600 f\u00f3siles humanos, incluidos varios cr\u00e1neos casi completos<\/b>, se han encontrado. La antig\u00fcedad de este material es de al menos 300.000 a\u00f1os y puede alcanzar los 600.000 a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>El sitio fue declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 2000.<\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s de Atapuerca seguimos caminando pueblo tras pueblo hasta llegar a las afueras de Burgos.\u00a0<\/p><p>A estas alturas pens\u00e1bamos que est\u00e1bamos bastante cerca. El calor me estaba afectando, pero Bob el Peregrino parec\u00eda estar lleno de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eff9f00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"eff9f00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div todos los d\u00edas, d\u00e9 un paseo por el r\u00edo. Es el tramo m\u00e1s bonito de un paseo fluvial y, aunque es m\u00e1s largo y parece eterno, merece la pena hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p>He hablado con muchos peregrinos que hicieron el recorrido m\u00e1s corto por la zona industrial y lo odiaron. Es todo sobre asfalto.<\/p>\n<p>El problema es que la gu\u00eda en realidad dice que es m\u00e1s corto de lo que es y despu\u00e9s de haber hecho mo<span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">Pero con un calor de 33 grados, est\u00e1bamos hechos polvo y tuvimos que tomarnos un descanso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">Hab\u00eda un c\u00f3modo muro en las afueras de Burgos y me sent\u00ed muy bien exilio y su conquista temporal de Valencia, que se independiz\u00f3 durante un breve periodo en la Reconquista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tras su muerte, el Cid se convirti\u00f3 en el h\u00e9roe nacional
