Empujamos el barco hacia fuera y ten\u00edamos una habitaci\u00f3n privada as\u00ed que tuvimos una gran noche de sue\u00f1o.<\/p><p>Nos levantamos temprano y salimos a la carretera a las 7 de la ma\u00f1ana. Despu\u00e9s de un par de largos d\u00edas me duelen un poco los pies, as\u00ed que me tomo un ibuprofeno y nos ponemos en marcha.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb53028 elementor-widget elementor-widget-shortcode\" data-id=\"fb53028\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"shortcode.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-shortcode\">                <div class=\"ml-embedded\" data-form=\"Q2XfYK\"><\/div>\n            <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6cc05f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6cc05f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es una ma\u00f1ana fresca y cubrimos 8 km r\u00e1pidamente caminando por valles ondulados y vi\u00f1edos. Fue impresionante.<\/p><p>Planeamos una parada para desayunar en algunos pueblos, pero todos estaban cerrados. Algunos de los pueblos son muy b\u00e1sicos con le\u00f1a apilada fuera. Tiene una poblaci\u00f3n de unos 3.500 habitantes y est\u00e1 situado a orillas del r\u00edo Burbia.\u00a0<\/p><p>Es una parada popular en la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/es\/camino-frances\/\">Camino Franc\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong> y posee una rica historia y patrimonio cultural.<\/p><p>Uno de los principales atractivos de Villafranca del Bierzo es su bello casco hist\u00f3rico, declarado Conjunto Hist\u00f3rico-Art\u00edstico.\u00a0<\/p><p>El centro presenta calles estrechas bordeadas de casas y palacios medievales, algunos de los cuales datan del siglo XVI.\u00a0<\/p><p>La Plaza Mayor es especialmente bonita, con sus edificios porticados y su ayuntamiento del siglo XVII. La localidad es conocida por su manjar local, el botillo, que es una especie de embutido elaborado con costilla y carne de cerdo, chorizo y otros condimentos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para los interesados en la historia, Villafranca del Bierzo cuenta con varios puntos de inter\u00e9s, como la Iglesia de Santiago, del siglo XII, que posee una bella portada rom\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay un castillo en Villafranca del Bierzo llamado Castillo de los Marqueses de Villafranca, que data del siglo XV y ahora alberga un museo. Herrer\u00edas, un pueblecito encantador.<\/p><p>Hemos decidido quedarnos una carrera Las Herrer\u00edas, ya que hay una empinada subida de 6 km directamente fuera de la aldea por lo que estamos dejando que para una subida temprano en la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p><p>Todos tenemos hambre y nos apetece una cerveza, as\u00ed que deshacemos las maletas, nos duchamos y nos disponemos a salir a descansar y relajarnos.\u00a0<\/p><p>S\u00f3lo hay un peque\u00f1o restaurante en el pueblo con algunas mesas al aire libre y nos relajamos durante unas horas y jugamos a las cartas.
