Abgerundet haben wir das Ganze mit tollem Essen und ein paar Bieren. Markina ist eine wirklich tolle Stadt. Wir \u00fcberquerten den Fluss Artibai ein paar Mal und machten uns auf den Weg ins Dorf Bolibar zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">Wir sind jetzt im Baskenland und unser Ziel Gernika gilt als das Herz des Baskenlandes. Viele Menschen sind jedoch der Meinung, dass sich die Anstrengung wegen der sch\u00f6nen Aussichten lohnt, und ich kann best\u00e4tigen, dass sie es sind <b>atemberaubend<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Wir verlie\u00dfen Bolibar, nachdem wir nicht gefr\u00fchst\u00fcckt hatten, da keines der Caf\u00e9s ge\u00f6ffnet war. Wir ruhten uns einfach auf dem Bolibar Plaza in der fr\u00fchen Morgensonne aus. Direkt von Bolibar aus geht es steil bergauf und wir haben uns nur mit kleinen Schritten und langsam nach oben gearbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe festgestellt, dass diese Strategie f\u00fcr mich gut funktioniert, wenn man k\u00fcrzere Schritte macht, aber ein gutes Tempo h\u00e4lt, bis man den Gipfel erreicht.<\/p>\n<p>Ich benutze immer Wanderschuhe mit hohem Kn\u00f6chelschutz und habe festgestellt, dass sie auf diesem Camino bei all den Ab- und Aufstiegen sehr hilfreich sind. Meine Wanderschuhe sind ein deutscher Stiefel namens <a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"Meindl Wanderschuhe\" href=\"https:\/\/followtheyellowshell.com\/de\/recommends\/meindl-walking-boots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Meindl Meran GTX<\/a>. \u00e4hnlich wie die gestrige, mit ein paar gr\u00f6\u00dferen Anstiegen und Kletterpartien. Die Landschaft bestand nur aus Kiefernw\u00e4ldern und B\u00e4chen mit dem einen oder anderen Kloster und Weiler dazwischen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir liefen durch Munitibar, wo wir einen Kaffee und Kuchen bekamen, der gut ankam. Wir brauchten etwas zu essen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Rest des Tages war ein st\u00e4ndiges Auf und Ab, und die Landschaft hat uns immer wieder in Erstaunen
