Das Wetter war ebenfalls perfekt und wirklich gut zum Wandern. <strong>Wird es denn noch besser?<\/strong><\/p><p>Wir sahen sogar die spanische Version der \u201eFive Rise Locks\u201c in Yorkshire am Kanal bei Fromista. Es gibt ein Schleppensystem in West Yorkshire, das \u201eFive Rise Locks\u201c hei\u00dft und mich total an diesen Abschnitt des Kanals erinnert Etappe war fabelhaft und den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Tages ziemlich flach. Meile um Meile durch k\u00fchle, flache L\u00e4nder, W\u00e4lder und Felder. Die Mohnblumen waren besonders erstaunlich.<\/p>\n<p>Eines der Highlights f\u00fcr uns Yorkshire-Pilger auf dem Camino war es, laut und kr\u00e4ftig die derben Texte von \u201cIlkley Moor Bah Tat\u201d zu singen.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Es ist ein altes Yorkshire-Lied, und wir hatten einen Riesenspa\u00df, als wir die flache Strecke des Jakobswegs entlanggingen und aus vollem Halse sangen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du aus Yorkshire kommst, wirst du es verstehen und wissen, worauf ich hinauswill \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Die Ankunft in Palencia war ebenfalls ein Genuss, da wir uns auf einem belebteren Tempelritterpfad des Jakobswegs befinden. \u00dcberall gibt es Camino-Symbole und ikonische Tempelritterschilder.<\/p>\n<p>Wir kommen gut voran und legen t\u00e4glich etwa 26\/7 km zur\u00fcck, was wirklich gut ist und etwas mehr, als wir bei der Recherche und Planung unserer Pilgerreise auf dem Camino Franc\u00e9s erwartet hatten.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe vor meiner Abreise ein paar Hauptorte f\u00fcr meine Recherche genutzt und schlage vor, dass Sie diese auch aufsuchst, um Hilfe zu erhalten. Ein Teil seines Ruhms verdankt der Ort den Wundern, die Pilger der Figur der Santa Mar\u00eda la Blanca zuschrieben, f\u00fcr die es direkt im Zentrum des Dorfes eine fantastische Kirche gibt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich empfehle Ihnen, diese monumentale Kirche aus dem 13. Jahrhundert zu besichtigen, w\u00e4hrend Sie hier Halt machen. Sie ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von allen Herbergen und der st\u00e4dtischen Herberge in der N\u00e4he der Plaza Mayor entfernt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\"><span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-style: inherit;\">Die Stadt hat eine fantastische Geschichte und war eine der wichtigsten Hochburgen des Templerordens. Die Kirche im Ort, von der aus sie operierten, ist sehr gro\u00df und imposant. Es gibt auch eine st\u00e4dtische Herberge in der Stadt, die von einigen anderen Pilgern, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, gut empfohlen wurde.<\/p><p>An kommunalen Herbergen gibt es immer gute Fotom\u00f6glichkeiten, da fast immer viele Rucks\u00e4cke vor den Hauptt\u00fcren warten, bis die Herberge \u00f6ffnet, besonders da sie nach dem Prinzip \"Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst\" vergeben werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>Diese kommunale Herberge ist ebenfalls eine Spendenherberge. Es hatte viel zu bieten, insbesondere einen Fotospot, an dem ich viele Pilger auf dem Camino beim Fotografieren gesehen habe.<\/p>\n<p>Die Stadt hat eine Metallstatue eines Pilgers und fast jeder posiert mit diesem ikonischen Pilgersymbol.
