Der gestrige Schlaf war eine totale Katastrophe! Manchmal kann das Schlafen in einem Albergue viele Schwierigkeiten mit sich bringen, wie unten beschrieben, und es ist besser, diese, wenn m\u00f6glich, zu vermeiden...<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-830172c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"830172c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Camino Finisterre Tag 3 \u00dcbersicht<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab5ff1e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab5ff1e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Entfernung \u2013 32,5 km<\/li><li>Von \u2013 Santa Marina<\/li><li>An \u2013 Ce<\/li><li>Min\/Max-H\u00f6he \u2013 6 m\/480 m<\/li><li>H\u00f6hengewinn \u2013 473m<\/li><li>Schritte \u2013 50.000<\/li><li>Kalorien \u2013 4.500<\/li><\/ul><p>Im Zimmer mit 38 Personen zu schlafen und auf der obersten Etage eines wackeligen Bettes zu liegen, war wahrscheinlich keine gute L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr eine erholsame Nachtruhe!<\/p><p><strong>Bester Tipp<\/strong>Jeder Pilger wird auf jeden Fall gute Ohrst\u00f6psel ben\u00f6tigen, um in einer Herberge einigerma\u00dfen gut schlafen zu k\u00f6nnen\u00a0<\/p><p>Wir waren um 5:20 Uhr auf und kurz vor 6 Uhr unterwegs, mit unseren Stirnlampen fest aufgesetzt. Im Mai gibt es in Galicien nicht viel fr\u00fches Morgenlicht, daher ist eine Stirnlampe f\u00fcr ein paar Stunden notwendig.<\/p><p>Nach dem gestrigen 35 km-Marsch nach Cee stand uns ein weiterer harter Tag bevor, und die Wettervorhersage war auch nicht gut. Das Wetter war w\u00e4hrend der ganzen Reise nicht gut und wir beteten nur um baldigen Sonnenschein.<\/p><p>Wir haben bis 9 Uhr 14 km geschafft und ich f\u00fchlte mich nicht wohl, deshalb bin ich die meiste Zeit des Spaziergangs allein gegangen, etwa 15 Meter hinter Pilgrim Bob und Pilgrim Burny.\u00a0<\/p><p>Der Regen war schlimm und wir kamen im ersten Caf\u00e9 zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fccken an und ich war ersch\u00f6pft. Manche Tage auf dem Camino k\u00f6nnen einfach anstrengend sein und das war einer dieser Tage.<\/p><p>Ein guter Caf\u00e9 con Leche und eine kleine Rast waren genau das Richtige und wir brachen mit einem anspruchsvollen Aufstieg vor uns wieder auf. Sie haben fr\u00fcher in La Liga gespielt, daher sollte es ein Stadion von angemessener Gr\u00f6\u00dfe sein.<\/p><p>Wir hatten einen guten, steilen Anstieg durch O Logos und durch Hospital, aber das Wetter wurde schlechter und es war mit Abstand der schlechteste Tag. Im Nebel zu laufen, mit Regen, der Ihnen von der Seite ins Gesicht peitscht, macht \u00fcberhaupt keinen Spa\u00df.<\/p><p>Ich wei\u00df, dass das Wetter in Galizien jederzeit umschlagen kann, aber wir hatten jetzt 5 Tage hintereinander Regen. Meine Wanderschuhe wurden so nass, dass sie \u00fcber Nacht im Albergue nicht mehr trockneten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element beten und \u201cRegen, Regen, geh weg\u201d zu singen, aber siehe da, es hat nicht funktioniert.\u00a0<\/p><p>Wir machten in Hospital Halt f\u00fcr einen Cafe con Leche und holten uns jeder eine Boccadilla, die wir dann trocken in einer \u00f6rtlichen Kirche a\u00dfen. Wir haben uns ein anst\u00e4ndiges Hotel geg\u00f6nnt, und ein Dreibettzimmer kostete etwa 65 \u20ac.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nach der Schlafkrisis von letzter Nacht dachten wir, ein kleiner Genuss w\u00e4re gut, und ich kann sagen, es hat sich absolut gelohnt.<\/p><p>Wir waren in dem Stadium, wo wir W\u00e4sche waschen mussten, also fanden wir nach einer Dusche und einer kleinen Pause ein Waschcenter im Stadtzentrum und lie\u00dfen die W\u00e4sche laufen.<\/p><p>Auf dem Camino nehme ich nur ein sehr kleines <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/a13cdcac0386\/caminopackinglist?utm_campaign=Camino+packing+list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Packliste<\/a> Daher wird W\u00e4schewaschen alle paar Tage zu einer l\u00e4stigen Pflicht, der man nachkommen muss. Da wir immer zu dritt unterwegs sind, timen wir das gut und waschen unsere Kleidung zusammen, um Kosten zu sparen. Wir haben ein gutes System, das uns auf vielen Caminos gute Dienste geleistet hat.<\/p><p>Gl\u00fccklicherweise war ein paar T\u00fcren weiter eine Bar, also spielten wir Karten, tranken ein paar Bier und a\u00dfen Tapas, w\u00e4hrend wir warteten, und wir hatten eine gro\u00dfartige Zeit.
